2.3.3.1.9. 什麼是在留資格認定證明書？（簡稱：認定書，英文：Certificate of Eligibility - CoE）

此文件只限於申請就學簽證的學生。這也是日本入國管理局（入管）所發出的正式文件。於每年與三月初及九月初發行，而在批准後支付六個月（兩個學期）的學費後，我們會將此文件寄出。

當您收到此文件後，請將此認定書連同護照帶到您區域的日本大使館或領事館以索取您的簽證，之後才能以就學簽證入境。

注意事項：短期課程的學生沒有辦法申請認定書，因此持有就學簽證的學生將不能就讀或轉到任何一個短期課程。您必須報讀其中一個學術課程(特訓集中課程－ Acceleration/大學日語課程－AIJP/高級日語課程－AJSP) 。
